[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide furnish and install web-based a computer aided dispatch system for the fire department including mobile data, web-based incident monitoring system, ability for the client-side system administrators to change fields or drop down menus, support the use of a command line or mouse for defined fields, handle multiple incidents from multiple fire services at the same time, support call taking and dispatch functions on all workstations, enable all aspects of geo-data - jurisdictions, streets, lots, premises, response zones, etc., integrate tightly with the record management system emergency reporting systems, enabling two-way cross population of incident times and benchmarks,
- Geographic (whether polygon-related or tabular) Information provided by each municipality using the system to be available on map, Integration with ESRI mapping solutions and Integration with Google Maps mapping solutions
- The map display shall show a symbol or icon of all active incidents, fire stations and logged- on units and the user can zoom in and out from chosen location.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 1, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
