[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide audio-video equipment to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
- Remove all old audio and video equipment in council chambers
- Remove all associated audio and video cables
- Install new painted speakers at proper height and orientation
- Install new brown speaker cable on top of wall shelf to hide from public view
- Install 2 supplied TVs on portable carts
- Mount and wire all electronics in custom oak cabinet
- Install audio output from system undersecretary’s desk for supplied recorder audio
- Install remote system turn-on switch undersecretaries’ desk
(2) A mandatory pre-bid conferences will be held on June 25, 2019.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
