[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide offsite tape media vaulting and media destruction services to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
- Offsite tape media vaulting services includes off-site storages, transportation and retrieval, quantities and location, rotation and inventory of all tape and media,
- The offsite secure, temperature and humidity-controlled vaulting of magnetic tape and technology related media, the management, location, and inventory of all tape and media, and the destruction services of tape and media,
- Submit specifications and pricing for all items, based on cost (transportation, fuel, handling and administrative fees), type of tape media (storage and vaulting) containers (type of container and the cost to handle), transportation fee (based on size of the container), and destruction (based on per unit of media and tape type).
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 21, 2019.
