[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide web-based supplemental english learner data management system for public school
- Provide access to a web-based platform with a unique username and password for sign-in,
- Coordinate with the technology team to facilitate the data integration process with the current student information system,
- Provide a web-based platform that houses and analyses english learner related data that can be accessed and utilized to identify trends and group students based on type of service, time in program and english language assessment progress,
- Provide a web-based tool that analyses english learner student information and achievement data to support educators in setting language acquisition goals, developing and monitoring individual language development plans aligned to the english language proficiency standards,
- Provide a web-based platform that supports educators working with english learning tools research-based strategies necessary to successfully meet the language acquisition needs of identified english learning in program as well monitored english learners who have recently exited an english learners program,
- Provide in-person training to staff,
- Provide a train-the-trainer module so that on going professional development can take place.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 15, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
