[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide airport consultant services to assist on an as needed basis in the preparation and development of studies, analyses, presentations, and agreements related to green airport and the five general aviation airports to the government authority located in Warwick, RI.
- Prepare feasibility studies to determine projected net operating revenues and debt service coverage in view of projected revenue bond issues to fund capital improvement projects
- Participate in preparing the documents required to create, structure, market and close bond financing
- Assist in any other related financial matters concerning feasibility studies
- Development or assistance with airline and tenant lease agreements
- Assist and participate in any presentations to rating agencies, investors, issuers and underwriters
(2) All question must be submitted no later than May 23, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
