[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide property marketing and lease management services to operates three rental properties, consult with the town on its long-term occupancy plan for the building(s) and provide recommendations on implementation, consult the town if a unit is coming available to determine if the town has a need for the space, prepare a market analysis for each unoccupied unit and establish a fair market rental value during each rental period, issue renewal notices to existing tenants, the town reserves the right to cap rental increases of current tenants to a certain percentage, inspect current town properties and assess potential necessary work to make the properties available to rent, represent the town's interest in all matters involving the tenant under the lease agreement, assist the town in the review/revision of lease documents to ensure liability coverage and advertise and promptly lease vacancies.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
