Vendor needs to provide substance abuse prevention consultant services to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
- Assist with the development of culturally and linguistically appropriate materials for adult, youth, and community education and engagement about substance abuse.
- Disseminate prevention messaging and educational materials at community events.
- Recruit parents and youth to participate in activities and education opportunities.
- Coordinate and schedule educational trainings and presentations for community members.
- Support implementation of evidence-based substance abuse prevention programs.
- Attend meetings with HCO staff, as necessary.
- Submit detailed and accurate weekly reports on outreach efforts.
- Act as a liaison between City departments and community-based organizations to further partnerships and support health initiatives.
- Attend meetings and presentations, and be prepared to present topics related to this initiative.
- The applicant proposes strong and effective outreach strategies specifically to engage in-school populations, faith-based communities, families, children and community-based organizations in City-driven initiatives housed within the recreation centers.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
