[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide outreach and case management services to adults experiencing homelessness with serious mental illness or serious mental illness and a co-occurring substance use disorder, coordination with other service providers, staff training, peer participation, and reporting to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
- Outreach including street outreach
- Screening and diagnostic treatment services
- Case management services
- Supportive and supervisory services in residential settings
- Referral for primary health services, job training, educational services, and relevant housing services
- Housing services.
(2) All questions had been submitted no later than April 24, 2019.
(3) The term of the contract shall be one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
