[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide sports and entertainment consulting services will work on a highly collaborative and interactive basis with corporation officials and the city in a timely fashion and to obtain the benefit of the corporation’s work to date in project planning and economic development for stadium and the downtown development area to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
- Industry outreach and response: consultant will advise corporation on responses resulting from stadium and downtown redevelopment
- Support the evaluation of proposals, develop evaluation tool that will assist the corporation and city in the evaluation of the responses
- Develop a financial comparative analysis of the responses
- Validate costs estimates of all sites contained in proposer’s responses
- Provide an economic impact analysis of development scenarios if requested by the corporation
- Support the corporation and the city in negotiations with respondent.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 1, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
