[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide real estate database and mapping tool for website.
• A tool that is integrated with a national site selection search engine, which allows users to conduct free national searches of communities and commercial properties that match
their unique criteria
• Integration with a more inclusive property listing database
• Should include search features that allow companies & site selectors to find properties inside of Federal Opportunity Zones, as well as industry clusters, demographic data, and
any additional custom areas / map layers
• Lead generation and analytics that allow tracking of who has visited our site and where they are visiting from
• Reliable support that doesn’t require excessive maintenance or manual input
• The tool/platform should be used by at least a few other state economic agencies, with measurable success as a result
- Deliverables will include the mapping tool, the property database, and customized search features / mapping layers suited to the Corporation specific needs
(2) All question must be submitted no later than April 22, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
