Vendor needs to provide custodial supplies and services to the government authority located in Newport, RI.
- custodial supplies, which will included items such as cleaning chemicals, products, dispensers, equipment etc which are used on a daily basis for school cleanliness and safety, the second option will include electronic inventories and supply management services,
- school has various chemicals, products and dispensers, intent is to standardize this process so that all three schools have the same chemicals, products and dispensers,
- For inventory management services firm should track product consumption rates and develop a replenish schedule, Selected firm should develop alternative for more cost effective and efficient products that would reduce man-hours required,
- Hand soap, hand sanitizer, toilet tissue, paper towel etc.
