[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide law enforcement transcription services to transcribe the dictation and audio files into a written document.
- The written transcription must be returned as a MS word document.
- Dictation may be delivered to the vendor from the police department in a variety of means including but not limited through a secured file transmission software, telephone lines, cassette, video, digital or CD files.
(2) The vendor must be registered in the state of Rhode Island and must have an office within 15 miles of 325 Washington Street, Providence, Rhode Island 02903.
(3) A contract term will be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
