[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide library media products support services.
Scope of work:
- Meet the individual needs of providence public schools by providing an overview and needs assessment with participating site.
- Provide a preliminary overview training for teachers and principal from participating site.
- Provide job-embedded professional development that includes instructional support, lesson plans, and high-yield strategies for teachers and coaches.
- Create a scope, sequence and training calendar for participating site that includes lesson planning, demonstration of instructional strategies within lessons, debriefing sessions, and follow-up supports.
- support data integration via Clever, one roster of SFTP as applicable with our SIS, Skyward. Any vendor will send, receive or house student data must sign a non-negotiable project unicorn pledge-Data interoperability pledge and utilize a common data standard such as EdFi.
- Ensure delivery of materials inside school buildings.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 21, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
