[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide toll consulting services for toll system planning, analysis and deployment, payment system, toll system assessment and needs analysis, toll system conceptual planning, violation video enforcement, tolling operations and policy analysis, cost estimating and analysis, outsourcing for e-z pass call center, image review and walk in center, toll facility design and engineering, toll system procurement support, toll system design support and review and testing, toll system deployment and testing; implementation, documentation, rate structure analysis, traffic analysis, parking access and revenue control system leveraging e-z pass and airport integration, develop business rules and system requirements, future technical solutions including geo technology, mobile application for toll payment and account management, improving toll reconciliation processes, evaluate off peak pricing for congestion and construction periods, best management practices for various tasks to the government authority located in Jamestown, RI.
(2) A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on April 4, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than March 25, 2019.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
