[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide classification and compensation evaluation services to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
- Compensation work with staff to develop a draft version of the compensation assessment to include an evaluation of each new job description, a recommended labor grade level per position, based upon the rating of each job description and a comparison of how similar positions are compensated at other wastewater treatment utilities of similar size and structure, a recommended pay grade, grade pricing and salary range for each classification, a recommended salary structure including minimum and a maximum percent spread, and the difference between each salary range.
(2) All question must be submitted in written no later than March 13, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
